Care Instructions
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Looking after your jewellery is important. Detailed aftercare instructions are provided with every order, and you can find further guidance in our Care Guide here.
All pieces come with a guarantee.
I offer complimentary polishing on all pieces and am always happy to advise on care and maintenance.
Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving the workshop. Should any issues arise, I'll work with you to put things right.
Shipping
Free UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm. This is a next day, fully tracked service and requires a signature on delivery.
International Shipping
I ship internationally to the US, Australia, New Zealand and Canada via FedEx or Royal Mail, depending on the piece.
For all other destinations, courier options may vary, but I always work closely with clients to select the most reliable option.
Shipping is typically included. If express delivery is required, this will be added to the final payment. Any applicable customs fees are handled on my end and should not affect the client.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is shipped.
Sourcing & Materials
Sustainable sourcing
I work with precious metals including silver, gold and platinum, alongside both natural and lab grown diamonds, as well as carefully selected gemstones sourced from trusted suppliers. Almost all pieces are made to order to reduce waste and overproduction. Every piece is designed and crafted in Hatton Garden, London, allowing me to oversee the process from start to finish.
Ethical labour
Every piece is handcrafted by me in Hatton Garden, London. For specialist processes such as casting and complex stone setting, I work with a trusted local workshop while overseeing every stage of production.
Transparent values
I believe commissioning jewellery should feel personal, enjoyable and transparent. I work closely with every client from start to finish, creating meaningful pieces designed to be treasured for years to come.
